Who Is he
James Pearce has attained his MSc Psychology of Sport & Exercise, and his MA Education (Coaching, Mentoring & Leadership). His other delivery qualifications include: BTEC Level 5 Award in Management of Trauma Risk; Level 5 Diploma in Coaching & Mentoring, Chartered Management Institute; BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management Studies; Introductory Certificate in First Line Management.
Previously worked as a performance development advisor in the Royal Marines, he has extensive experience in optimising the potential of others in highly pressurised performance environments. James has an advanced theoretical understanding and proven application to practice in performance psychology, educational theory, leadership development and coaching and mentoring techniques.
James has developed and delivered the accredited Coaching & Mentoring Level 5 Courses to a variety of high performing teams using innovate design and delivery techniques, including UK Special Forces, Team GB, Devon & Cornwall and City of London Constabularies and Corporate Chief Executives. James has also developed and delivered the Level 3 Award in Education & Training.
He has an extensive experience in innovative, design and collective delivery of bespoke training including: Coping Skills Lectures (time-management, task prioritisation, learning techniques and anxiety management); with Coaching and Mentoring support and individual interventions; developing and delivering individual coaching support and personal training plans; motivation tools and techniques; enhancing the capabilities of Leaders and Managers capabilities through the provision of teaching, coaching and mentoring techniques. This has provided tangible benefits to organisations including: minimising (training) wastage; making significant human resource and financial savings; optimising performance of individuals, teams and organisations.
