Rugby and the dynamics and psychology of it have led me to deliver workshops with numerous Welsh and English teams including the English and Canadian national teams in rugby union and rugby league. Here I am pictured playing in 2018 in Gibraltar, our annual charity match against the Gibraltarian Veterans side raising funds for the Royal Marines Charity.
