England Football Association – Just prior to the Football World Cup in France 2018, the England squad came to the Commando Training Centre Royal Marines (CTCRM) where I was lead trainer to facilitate an environment where the guys reflected on their experiences (both during the week at CTCRM and during football) in order to grow. A fantastic experience for the team who were placed well out of their comfort zone, who went on to demonstrate resilience and humility in the 2018 Football World Cup.
